Slacker Not Hacker!

Ok so I know that I am officially the biggest slacker ever. I could totally justify how busy I have been but well, then it would just be justifying. Yes busy busy busy is my life right now but well I want to keep this blog going so I am dedicating myself to be more dedicated to this blog.

So I am going to redeem myself, well maybe, with a Recipe post and a picture all in the same post. Ha ha ha

It is getting real close to summer and I just love Spring and Summer incredibly way too much! There are way more options to play outside, activities and even to eat! Ice Cream, grilling out, ice cream and Kool Aid! All some of my favorite summer treats. Did I mention ice cream?!?!

Here is a wonderful, healthy alternative, for a cool treat in the summer for you and your little one. We make our own Yogurt Popsicles! I know that you can make popsicles with just about anything you would like but here is a recipe that will get you started this summer.

Yogurt Pops!
* 1 Large Container Yogurt (I use Organic French Vanilla.)
* 1 banana
* Strawberries
* Blueberries

Know that at this point you could truly use about any kind of fruit you would like. We use berry blends and other things but Aubrey is a full fruit eater!

Use a blender or food processor to blend together. The yogurt will become much more thin than usual with the fruit juices blending with it. Then pour into a Popsicle mold. A great way for Aubrey to enjoy her fruits and yogurt in the hot summer months and they are delicious! I've enjoyed a couple myself.

Ok, so more post later but hopefully after you try this delicious recipe then you would have forgiven me for denying you post! If not, then hoping this sweet face helps!

About Me

Aubrey is full of energy, full of questions and full of love! Everything I do in my given day is somehow wrapped around her! You could think some of it is about me but truthfully, it's about her. Life has it's up's and down's so this blog may have the same. I trust the Lord with my whole heart and pray for Aubrey to do the same! If you ever have questions about my life or a post, always feel free to leave a comment.
